All MMS results for our Practice are mailed to Bunmi Ariyo directly from the Endocrine lab. She will usually will create a telephone encounter noting the results and then route the message to the ordering physician. The doctor will get a page from Bunmi if results are abnormal. A copy of the result is then scanned into patient's record in epic.

If anyone is looking for MMS result, please ask Bunmi, so she can get it for you. If she's not around, Terry can also get the result for you by calling the endocrine dept. It is necessary to scan a copy into epic for reference.

Please make sure that you note in the progress note if you get the result yourself and leave it at the front desk to be scanned in.
