To create a new smart phrase follow these steps:

1.  Select the Tools>Smart Tools Editors>Smart Phrase/Analyzer menu item.

2. Open your smart phrase file (which looks like this)

3. Once your phrase file is open, click the "ADD +" sign in the upper left hand corner to create a new smartphrase.

4. Title the smartphrase with something catchy like "new ob visit" - don't be alarmed when your title doesn't allow spaces. Copy the smartphrase you desire from the wiki and hit accept.

5. Add your own smartphrases to this wiki - it's easy!
